The WIC mentorship programme is entering the third round in March. We are aiming to match 20 mentors of any gender and sub-specialty with 20 female cardiology registrars or IMT3 interested in cardiology. There are still a few places available and we are looking for both mentors and mentees to sign up prior to the start in March. Professional (and free) training will be provided at the beginning of the programme to facilitate a successful mentoring relationship.
